By accepting the articles provided by Ashley Morgan Designs, and signing below, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1) Returned articles will be accepted for credit or exchange in the United States if they are returned in sellable, like-new condition within 30 days of the date of sale, accompanied by a sales receipt (or a copy of this contract, signed), unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
2) Ashley Morgan Designs does not offer any type of returns for custom-made, commissioned pieces or work.
3) Any legal claims that might arise out of this purchase shall be sent to mediation and, if the claim does not resolve at mediation, to binding arbitration at J.A.M.S. in San Francisco, California. Moreover, California state law will apply in all disputes.
4) Payment must be received in full by the date of delivery of all pieces sold, unless otherwise agreed upon between Ashley Morgan Designs and the customer.
5) If goods are purchased and must be mailed to the customer, Ashley Morgan Designs will require a signed copy of this contract (as with all purchases), as well as the full purchase price, before mailing any items, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Return Policy
